DO YOU PROVIDE PRINTS?

When I send you your online gallery, there is a printing option in the store through the website that hosts your gallery! Whatever you order off of this website, I receive a portion of your payment! So thank you!!

I do highly recommend ordering all your printing needs though a professional online printing lab, regardless, rather  than printing at a place like Walmart, Costco, or CVS.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Yes! Gift certificates are such a thoughtful gift for ANYONE in your life! 

Whether someone you know is graduating, expecting a new addition to the family, the holidays are coming, or a 'just because' gift to someone who deserves to be in the spotlight and feel celebrated a bit- photos are always a timeless and priceless gift! 

To purchase a gift certificate, simply shoot me a message and we'll coordinate the rest from there! Can't wait to hear from you!

HOW DOES PORTRAIT SESSION PAYMENT WORK?

For booking any type of Portrait Session with me, I just require a $50 non-refundable retainer fee to be made via Cashapp: $sarahharris93 to secure your session date!

This comes out of the total cost of your session. The remaining balance is to be made the day of your session, via Cash or Check made out to 'Sarah Aurora Photography' or 'Sarah Harris', preferably. 

*I allow one session date reschedule, after that I charge a $50 non-refundable rescheduling fee.  

HOW DOES EVENT BOOKING & PAYMENT WORK?

To book your wedding or event, simply reach out and discuss your event timeline needs and any additional add-ons you'd like to add your package (like additional hours, or a second photographer to capture even more)! 


An event / wedding contract signing is due, along with a 35% retainer fee to book your event date. This retainer fee is to be paid in Cash or Check. The remaining balance is due the date of your event!

Typically, I prefer to meet up in person to sign your event contract together, if possible, for local clients. This allows us to meet prior to your big day to get to know each other a little, sign the contract together, and go over any questions or details you may have for me! 

WHEN WILL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?

For portrait sessions, I typically get your galleries to you no later than 2 weeks after your session. 

As for weddings & events, I have a 4-6 week turnaround time!

HOW DO I GET MY PHOTOS?

All of your fully edited images will be delivered to you via an online image gallery.
From there, you are able to download all your images, make favorites lists, and share the link to whoever else you'd like to have access to your gallery.
This is especially helpful for sharing galleries with everyone in your family, or any guests who attended your event!

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

Nothing we can do to change what Mother Nature chooses to do! We can absolutely reschedule!
Although, if the weather just looks a little overcast with no expected rain, do not worry! :)

ARE YOUR 'RAW' FILES AVAILABLE TO CLIENTS?

No, I do not under any circumstances offer my RAW photos to anyone.

The images that are provided to my clients reflect my evolving artistic vision at the time of delivery. This vision not only includes my shooting style, but my editing style as well, and therefore must be protected from misrepresentation.
